How it works

From idea to roadside

Renting a portable billboard is simple. Here's what happens from your first call to your sign going up.

1
Start

Tell us what you need

Call, WhatsApp or send the booking form. Let us know your business, where you'd like the sign and how long you want it up.

2
Choose

Pick your sign

We'll help you choose between segmented, lettered and non-segmented, and the board size that suits your spot.

3
Design

Create your message

Send finished artwork, a design from our Sign Studio, or just an idea. We'll lay it out for maximum readability.

4
Approve

Review your proof

You see exactly what will go on the board before anything is printed or lettered.

5
Install

We deliver and set up

Our team brings the sign to your location and sets it up so it's secure, level and easy to read from the road.

6
Ongoing

Change it anytime

New offer, new season, new location? Get in touch and we'll update your message or move the sign.

Artwork guide

Make it readable at road speed

Drivers glance at a sign for a few seconds. These guidelines help your message land.

Do

  • Keep it to about 7 words
  • Lead with one big idea or offer
  • Use high-contrast colours, like white on red or yellow on black
  • Make your phone number or name large
  • Use bold, simple fonts

Avoid

  • Long sentences and paragraphs
  • Thin or script fonts for key info
  • Several phone numbers, emails and websites at once
  • Low-contrast colour pairs like yellow on white
  • Tiny logos that disappear at a distance

Have these ready

What we'll need from you

  • Your business name and best contact number
  • Your logo, if you have one
  • The message or offer you want to promote
  • The address where the sign will go
  • Your preferred start date and rental length

Skip the guesswork

Build your layout in the Sign Studio and send it with your booking. We'll take it from there.

Placement tips

Put your sign where it gets read

The right spot can matter as much as the message. We'll talk placement with you, and these are the basics.

  • Face oncoming traffic so drivers see it early
  • Keep it clear of trees, poles and parked trucks
  • Place it near your entrance so the next turn is obvious
  • Leave room for drivers to slow down and turn in
